Land Services

1. Extension of Time Limit: As per MIDC rule within three years the allottee is supposed to complete the construction and obtained the B.C.C., if  unable to complete the same then the allottee needs to apply for the Extension of Time Limit.

2. Permission for Subletting, Sub – Leasing - Complete assistance is provided to the clients regarding subletting of plot. The client can further sublease the plot to a third party depending upon their requirements. We offer our clients affordable rates for subletting of plots. 1 BCC (Building Completion Certificate): After the allotment, the allottee should complete the construction work and obtain Building completion certificate within 3 years of tenure.
